What is the best spot acne treatment you use?

The past couple of weeks I have been breaking out (I%26#039;m guessing stress) I have never been prone to long break outs.

I have been using Biore cleanser with no avail. Does anyone use a spot treatment that works? I%26#039;m starting to look absolutely ridiculous lol|||neutrogena skin i.d. spot treatment.

I put a dab of it on the effected area at night and it works over night.

I either wake up with the acne less red or completely gone.

Try it :]|||There really isn%26#039;t a %26quot;good%26quot; acne treatment that will show you results within that same day or the very next. The best, and most effective way, to get rid of acne and keep it from coming back, is by taking 10 minutes out of your day to wash your face or any other acne prone part of your body.

The best product that you can run to any store to get is Neutrogena. It%26#039;s light so that it does create more breakouts from the oil, or cause your skin to dry out.

I personally use the soup from Neutrogena. It costs around $2.50 and last for about a month. Stick it in the shower and every time your in there just rub your hands across it, get them soapy and wash your face and other needed parts such as back and/or chest area.

The best product you can get besides that is Proactive. I%26#039;m sure you%26#039;ve seen plenty of commercials and it is definitly worth the $50 you pay for it. If you have heavy acne its a great way to clear it up, and if you have light acne then just do spot treatments, which can give you the same effect but lasts longer.

Many times you%26#039;ll have to order it by phone or online, though sometimes you might find it in the mall. Get the %26quot;3 Step%26quot; solution. It%26#039;s their %26quot;for beginners%26quot; and it comes with 1. Renewing Cleanser. 2. Revilizing Toner. and 3. Repairing Lotion.

-It surprisingly works very, very well and something you can use for the rest of your life without your body becoming accustomed.|||Avoid washes as these strip away natural oils which actually causes skin to produce more oil which clogs pores, instead try cleansing with Oil Cleansing Method (OCM) which maintains natural oils keeping skin healthy so prevents acne. For OCM mix half extra virgin olive oil to moisturize and half castor oil to cleanse, also try adding a little tea tree oil which is antibacterial. Massage into your face then put a hot face cloth over your face for a minute to open pores, then wipe off oil, any trace amounts are absorbed into skin so won%26#039;t be greasy. http://www.moogoo.com.au/category13_1.ht鈥?/a> Be sure to use your own face cloth and towel, keeping them clean and dry to avoid bacterial growth, also follow cleansing with moisturizing, as long as it%26#039;s not greasy it won%26#039;t cause spots instead it%26#039;ll keep skin healthy 鈥?remembering oil is good for skin try Bio Oil to moisturize and heal scars.

Once a week steam to open pores, do this by putting your head over hot water with a towel over it, but don%26#039;t do this dueing breakouts as it stimulates blood flow and oil glands. Exfoliate weekly to scrub off dead skin, use something with rounded beads to avoid damage to your skin which can cause more spots, or you may want to try cosmetic vinegar which also promotes circulation, regulates skins pH and is antiseptic. Mix 500ml of apple cider vinegar, 3ml lavender essential oil, 3ml rosemary essential oil, 2ml rosewood essential oil, and 2 tablespoons glycerine, place into a glass bottle, use as cleanser by adding 1 tablespoon vinegar to 1 cup of water. Try masks too, there are many easy recipes online, see Make Your Own Cosmetics http://www.makeyourcosmetics.com or Pioneer Thinking http://www.pioneerthinking.com try this strawberry acne mask; mix together 陆 cup fresh strawberries, 1 egg white, and 2 teaspoons of honey until smooth. To use spread over face and leave for 15 minutes, rinse off with cool water and pat dry. This one is good as strawberries are rich in salicylic acid which is commonly used in acne treatments, honey is also antibacterial.

Keep yourself healthy, diet is a big factor so get a healthy diet with plenty of fruit, vegetables and lots of water, but also avoid salty foods as iodine aggravates acne, also try a good multivitamin - vitamins A, B6, zinc and chromium help to clean up acne (FYI chromium also helps suppress sugar cravings). Get plenty of exercise, sleep and stay stress-free, also pay particular attention to skin during harsh weather when it%26#039;s more prone to damage, that includes using sunscreen at all times. Make-up isn%26#039;t a problem if you use mineral foundation which has great coverage but doesn%26#039;t clog pores, also keep your make-up clean as dirty sponges or hands in make-up will cause bacteria which in turn causes spots. Avoid products like hairsprays with synthetic polymers such as vinyl or other plastics, that is because if it gets onto the skin on your face, as it does if spraying all over your head even if aiming for your hair, it will clog pores particularly where there are larger pores such as on the chin or mouth.|||Benzaclin. you need an Rx from the dr. You can only use it occasionally if you want, or you can use it daily, depending on the breakouts.

No OTC cream/serum works well-- I%26#039;ve tried them all--even for the occasional zit. Save your money and go to the derm (yes, it%26#039;s more expensive, but it will last if you keep it in the fridge and it actually WORKS.)|||grossss chemical sh** you can buy at drug stores are awful for your skin. They actually make the acne worse. Im not trying to bring bussinesses down or sell anything, but i seriously recommend herbsforever.com which sounds wierd but changed my life completely.

Its basically natural plants from india its so tight|||I use proactiv, and I was a bit hesitant to try it at first because of all the ridiculous infomercials, but it worked really well. My skin is pretty much clear and I%26#039;ve only been using it for a couple of months.|||I%26#039;m not sure of a spot treatment, but you should invest in a product called Citafil. It is a facial cleaner. Just wash every day with it and you%26#039;ll start getting better. Also, I hear Proactive works pretty well.|||Acne Free %26quot;Terminator%26quot;. I bought the entire Acne Free kit and got the Terminator product as a free bonus, but you can buy it by itself at Walmart, Walgreens, Target, etc. It really works.|||i use a combination of: Neutrogena Black head Eliminating Daily Scrub, and Clearasil Deep Cleansing toner. I had terrible acne, but I use this every morning and evening and my skin is actually much clearer.|||Nivea Young :)

and Clerasil is good..they also sell it in pharmacies.|||neutrogena 8 hour clear up|||Clean and clear kit.

It is AMAZING.

I%26#039;ve even tried ProActiv and it is better than that. :)|||I use a mark product [it%26#039;s part of Avon] called that%26#039;s deep.|||Acne Free
