What is the best acne treatment sold in everyday stores?

Have you used Neutrogena, Zeno, Cetaphil, Clearasil, Biore, or Clean n Clear? Which one would you recommend the most? I did it and they said i needed the hydrator, acne treatment, and foam wash...it goes depending on your skin, instead of buying it through the site i just bought all 3 creams from walmart|||Bare Minerals make up seems to make skin clear up (although it is not an acne treatment per say). A lot of dermatologists recommend a regular bar of dove soap. good luck.
