I have really oily skin and a bad case of acne...i have tried the clearasil ultra line and the neutrogena products, as well as noxema...none of them seem to work very well. I have gotten perscription spot treatments but they make me break out even more! Does anyone have any advice?|||I tried Proactive and it made my face dry - not to mention it has some pretty harsh chemicals in it. I like Arbonne%26#039;s Clear Advantage Acne line - it has a cleanser, toner, and lotion and a vitamin that clears the toxins out of your skin. It%26#039;s made out of botanical/herbs and has zinc in it which heals your skin faster. They also offer a 45 day money back guarantee.|||Go to www.perfectskin.uk.com ITS AMAZING just reading the reviews will lighten your day|||okay, so i have gone thru skin hell, going from one product to the next and never getting consistent results. i finally broke down and tried that proactiv stuff, and no joke, my skin cleared up in four days flat. it is AMAZING and super effective. i ordered it online.
however, it is kinda expensive, so if you really don%26#039;t want to use it, then i suggest that you pick a skin care line and stick with it for at least two months. the problem with switching skin care lines is that when you put new chemicals on you skin, the natural reaction your body will have is to produce more acne. however, if you use one, for a consistent amount of time, chances are that your skin will adapt a tolerance to the chemicals and the medication in the face wash will begin working.
hope this helps you out!|||With acne treatments you do break out at first more.
So stick it out - after 10 days you should have an ah ha moment -
I think it%26#039;s individual I can and will suggest the clear advantage by arbonne - it%26#039;s less %26#039;harsh%26#039; but just as effective and comes with a daily vitamin to fight acne before it starts.
Also acne free over the counter is good.
BUT you must do it all twice a day every day.
Try using a hot compress at the end of the day before you do it at night.|||it actually depends on your skin
different skin types react to different medications
but oxy should be alright i guess...|||i also have oily skin and had a bad case of acne...so after trying every over the counteer product out there i finally decided to try Proactiv, it has definitely helped me for the better...my face still tends to get oily but not as bad as it used to...its not that expensive either (19.99 +/-)
I%26#039;ve been using it for about 2 years now, and as long as you follow the instructions (wash your face with it twice a day) you will definietly see the wonderful results and be patient.|||well, proactiv is GREAT for everybody....women, men, teens. It has 3 steps that you follow everyday. Even though I only use step 1, it works great. Everyone I know uses it, my neighbors, my friends, my parents, etc. I would recommend it to anyone. You might see commercials on television and you can just call there. No stores sell proactiv.|||Proactiv........go to proactiv.com
I know you had to have seen the infomercials.
