USE PERFECT SKIN BY GENUINE HEALTH. you can get it from a health food store or vitamin store. it%26#039;s only about 22$ and it lasts you a month. IT WORKS. I used to have the worst acne ever. I tried everything. Some days I didn%26#039;t even want to leave my house. I started using Perfect Skin (which contains things that are naturally good for your skin like fish oil, vitamin e, zinc, green tea extract ect.) for almost a year now, and my acne has been gone for months!
You have to use it consistantly. YOU CAN NOT MISS A SINGLE DAY. It will take about 2 months til it actually makes a difference which seems long, but it IS worth it. I never get pimples anymore.
these things are also good for your overall health too so don%26#039;t worry about the time it takes.
don%26#039;t use any acne creams or cleansers. Use things with little ingredients. Try something that%26#039;s organic and fragrance/dye free. You can also use Dove sensative lotion (dye/fragrance free) and Olay cleanser with aloe (also dye and fragrance free). That%26#039;s what I use. Trust me, it has little to do with creams and cleansers. It%26#039;s what your body is like on the inside and adding things like fragrance and dye will only make it worse.

What facial skin acne treatment would you reccommend?

-never tried proactiv or acnefree or anything like that...i%26#039;ve only washed my face with soap and water!|||Proactive works like magic. But that%26#039;s if you want to spend a little more money for your skin. If not, I would buy apricot scrub, astringent, and a benzoyl peroxide lotion. Use them in that order, and your skin should heal up within a week. It did for me.|||You%26#039;ll be glad for the oily skin when you get older. You%26#039;ll age slower than everyone else. The best thing you can do is get facials with extractions at least once per season.
Soap is not a good idea. Talk to the aesthetician about what product are good. They usually sell decent stuff.
Also, avoid cover-up or foundation. That will only clog the pores. It makes the situation worse. For the occasional pimple, acne cream (over the counter) or tea tree oil.|||Benzyol peroxide and or salicilic acid most common meds for acne and to dry up oily areas. You can easily buy them and use as directed.

Which drug store acne treatment line do you think is the best?
Something that comes with a cleanser, toner, acne night cream and day cream with sunscreen. I%26#039;ve thought of trying out the new Garnier line but I%26#039;ve heard the Cetophil and Spectro Gel are very popular. Has anyone used the Proactive acne treatment stuff? Does it really work? I need a solution for severe acne.?
I need something functional for my teen sister so something that is safe with little to no side effects would be good.|||I have used Proactive and it%26#039;s good, but you have to be consistent with it and it can be pricey. An easier solution I have found is a great over the counter combo. Wash with Neutrogena Acne Stress Control %26quot;Power Clear Scrub%26quot; and then tone the skin with Neutrogena Rapid Clear treatment pads. I use the pads for everything - toning, spot treatment, even bikini line razor rash! Also, it doesn%26#039;t dry out my skin.|||My sisters used it once and it made them worse.
I myself just drink alot of water and whenever I drink too much soda I%26#039;ll get like one or two pimpils on my face then. I didn%26#039;t stop drinking alot of soda because of this, just because I can%26#039;t drink of any soda too much without getting tired of it.Well anymore I use to be addicted to coke, but now I only drink coke when I eat out. I drink orange soda at home but I get tired of it mostly so I drink like one bottle then like water the rest of the day because the orange soda is just blaww after one bottle, I%26#039;m like this with any soda now. Whats the best acne treatment for scars?
I rarely break out. Unless I accidently go to bed with makeup on, or just get lazy and don%26#039;t wash my face. My scars aren%26#039;t that bad either but I was just wondering what anyone else has used to remove them? I tried AcneFree and it was great.
