Is laser acne treatment only for if you have acne scars?

because i dont hae any scars but i have acne and would like it to be gone. Will laser treatment work ?|||I reckon Neutrogena Acne Wash is the best over the counter treatment to treat acne with. A product called ProActive tends to irritate the skin, and for most does not do anything at all. For any acne treatment, it will take time, and the products Clearasil or Seabreaze are also good for long term benefits.
