Is baking soda an effective acne treatment? how can you apply it? is it safe?

I really need to know what is it%26#039;s effect on acne.

if u can%26#039;t give some please put some other homemade remedies for acne that is easy to do and cheap|||Hi,

it%26#039;s important to inform yourself first before buying any wrong solution. Products like e.g. accutane or proactiv (and those pills doctors prescribe) are aggressive and can cause damages to you and your skin since they contain harmful ingredients.

Your best bet would be to check out

It%26#039;s one of the very few guides out there which teaches how to really treat the acne problem at its roots from inside and out, no matter which kind of acne you have. Without damaging your skin, all natural.

I%26#039;ve literally wasted hundreds on other %26quot;miracles%26quot; but the tips and steps outlined in this one are highly efficient, bring results fast and that%26#039;s what only counts for me.

Hope that helps.

All the best,

Melinda

P.S. If you%26#039;re looking for a specific product this review here might be interesting: http://301url.com/acne-treatment-review|||Baking soda is great for your teeth...make a paste with a little water...rinse with a 50/50 water/peroxide mix...keeps them nice %26amp; white. However, not for skin...it has no properties for such.

Try Burt%26#039;s Bees Rescue balm or Bach%26#039;s Rescue Remedy...a very little goes a long way. Or Tea Tree oil...teeny dabs at a time. These have the anti-bacterial qualities you need.

Also...try to eliminate your animal fat intake, %26amp; moderate the heavy red meats, artificial ingredients, %26amp; refined sugars right now...you%26#039;ll notice a big difference!
