What over the counter acne treatment/medication work for you/the best?

I first wash my face with the St. Ives apricot acne wash with microbeads. Do Not get the scrub becuase scrubs can damage skin and cause more acne! After i wash my face, i apply clearasil rapid treatment cream just on the pimples. I%26#039;ve had acne for 3 years and this is the only thing that has worked! Im going back to school feeling great and way more confident! Good Luck!
